Return and Refund Policy

 - You have 14 days to return the products sold after received, you can request return through your account page >> orders. or by calling customer service number (02 2790 4313) or via email Contact@droojy.com or through contact form with details of your order and reason of return.

- If the item have a defective, does not work properly, does not match the description of the site, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for free, and the value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

- Domestic shipping cost not refunded.

- When returning the product, make sure that the product is in its original package in the correct condition in which it was received. 

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

-Product must be unused

-Items can only be returned within 14 days of received date.

-The return is for one time only.

-Refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and will be processed within 14 working days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card, If through credit card with no fees of charge, If through another payment method you will be charging the fee of this method.

 Some products cannot be returned, and they are:

  • Damaged Products (excluding transportation damage)
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Products that do not include all accessories
  • Unsealed products from the following product groups

 

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
