How do I reset my password?

Go to Login page >> Click on forget password >> Write your email and make sure it’s correct >> go to your mail box >> open the Emil you received from Droojy >> Click on the link >> you will be redirect to the rest password page >> Write your new password and click save. or you can contact us and we will help you.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Droojy offers two modes, you can order as a guest or create an account.

Is the products 100% original?

Droojy’s products all are authentic, genuine and original 100%.

How long the order takes to be delivered?

All orders takes 15 to 20 days to be delivered (from arriving to US office)

Can I make any change in my order?

Once the order placed you cannot make any changes to the order.

Can I cancel the order at any time?

Yes you can cancel the order by contact us as long as it’s still in USA and not shipped to Egypt (Cairo’ warehouse).

Can I order through the phone?

Yes you can order through our website or by phone.

What should I do if I receive my order damage?

IF you receive your order damage please request a return for the order within 14 days.

Can I make a return for my order?

Yes, within 14 days and the product must be without use on its original condition,

Can I make an exchange for my order?

No, you have to return first your order and make new order.

Do I charge any fee for the return?

You will be charged for the domestic shipping and if the payment through any payments methods other than Visa or Credit.

Do I get full refund when I make return?

When you make a return you will get full refund of the amount you pay but not the domestic shipping and third party fee ( Bank, Valu, Meeza, ,.. etc )

What is Droojy’ return policy?

Droojy accept returns only within 14 days of receiving date, the product must be in its original condition with its box.

Delivery

Does Droojy delivery outside Egypt?

Droojy only delivery inside Egypt but in the future we will be able to deliver to you everywhere.

Is the delivery free?

Domestic shipping fee will be collected once you place the order if you chooese to pay online and will be collected when you receive the order if you choose to pay COD.

In checkout page you can click apply to use your coupons that will appear to you in the checkout if you have any coupons.
